GENERAL

WHY WAS MY PERSONALIZED ORDER CANCELLED?

Pirani reserves the right to cancel any orders that contain an image or text that is offensive, political, or subject to copyright protection. Orders that are cancelled will be refunded within 5-7 business days.


WHAT PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PERSONALIZATION?

Most of our insulated drinkware can be personalized/ customized, however certain products may be excluded due to product availability, limited marking areas, or difficulties in marking due to the design of the product. Any product that is customizable will have our personalization option available during checkout.  

For Business orders, please check out our Co-branding program. We’re able to customize all of our drinkware. Minimum quantities may apply. Fill out this form for more details or call (828-351-9506).

 

WHAT PROCESS IS USED ON PERSONALIZATION 

We use a laser-engraving technique that creates a permanent finish on the exterior of your Pirani Tumbler. This process creates the most premium, durable finish, which won’t crack or peel off over time and keeps your tumbler dishwasher safe.  Your design will last with your lifetime warranty!

 

HOW LONG DOES PERSONALIZATION TAKE?

Our production timeline shifts daily depending on overall order volume. We process all orders on a first-come-first-serve basis and we promise we are working as hard as we can to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible. Once your custom order is reviewed and approved by our internal team, it is expected to be delivered to your door within 1-2 weeks.

 

CAN I EDIT MY PERSONALIZED ORDER?

We are unable to edit orders after they are placed. Please note, there is a short window of time after order placement when your order can be cancelled. Simply navigate to order history inside your account, or contact info@pirani.life

 

I SAW SOME FONTS/ COLORS DISAPPEARED. WHAT HAPPENED?

We like to keep it fresh so we removed/ updated some of our fonts and colors to make way for new ones.

 

WHAT IS THE PIRANI RETURN POLICY FOR PERSONALIZED/ CUSTOMIZED DRINKWARE?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of personalized/ customized products. Please visit our returns page for more information.
