The image and/or text submitted is not unlawful, harmful, threatening, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, is not connected to any political affiliations, associations or candidates, does not infringe on any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third party (this includes, but is not limited to, sport teams and collegiate licensed logos or phrases), and does not otherwise violate anyone’s rights or other categories listed in our FAQ. All custom orders will be reviewed. If any of the above terms are violated, your full custom order will be cancelled.

No edits or changes can be made once you have submitted your order. Any adjustments or resizing to an order’s art should be made prior to submitting the order.

Customized items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once you have submitted the order. All sales of customized products are final.

We do not offer color customization on our drinkware products.

I have agreed and understand the following Pirani Customizer Policy applies if I submit any text or design for customization of a Pirani product.
