I ordered the family pack of tumblers ( mixed colors) for an upcoming family vacation and I wanted everyone to have their own and favorite color.

When I placed my order it did not allow me to choose my colors but I placed the order and crossed my fingers.

When the tumblers arrived they were all very nice but I was not happy about half of the colors because they were not the colors I wanted for my family.

I contacted Pirani and they were so helpful. They allowed me to send back the colors I did not like and tell them the colors I would like.

Customer service was very nice and responsive. The week they received my return I received an email four days later informing me that my replacement tumblers were on the way.

The tumblers are well made and beautiful.

the perfect TO GO cup... it is best fit for my active lifestyle whether walking the dog around the block or heading to yoga or meeting a friend or on a work call.

Great set, wish we could have imput on the color scheme. i.e. we got a couple pinks and didn't necessarily want that color.

Terrific option for multiple gifts, amplified by each tumbler arriving individually boxed. I plan to start a collection for myself - my first Pirani was a gift - and may gift my team the larger tumblers next Christmas. A multi-pack for those would be wonderful!

Have successfully shlepped these in the plane, to the beach (great all-inclusive cup solution, even if they won’t always fill directly into it) , in the car, used as emergency measuring cups (yup, the lines are volumes! lol) and generally loved them for both hot and cold bevvies. Haven’t done any scientific research on exact temperature over time, but there have definitely been ice cubes remaining the next morning and coffee’s never gotten cold before I’m finished. Just remember to open the lid before you put them on! Don’t stack quite as tightly as the plastic ones, but that should’ve been apparent if I’d looked at the pics :)
