OneFIT® Tumbler Lids

I purchased a cup at oceans calling and was unable to get a lid since the festival was cancelled do to a coastal storm. I emailed Pirani and the reply was instant and they shipped a lid at now cost to me. Awesome service.

I broke the lid to one of my Pirani cups while traveling to an all-inclusive resort in Mexico. Once I got back home, I reached out to the company hoping they could help. Their response was basically, “Don’t worry, we’ll send you a new one immediately!”

They sent me a quick form to fill out with my shipping information, and within just a few days, the replacement was already on its way. Even better, it arrived before I left for another trip to Cape San Blas, Florida!

Customer service like this is getting harder and harder to find. There was no hassle, no runaround, and no jumping through hoops—just a company that stood behind its product and took care of its customer.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience. They’ve definitely earned a repeat customer, and I’ll be purchasing more of their products in the future!
